This beautiful little girl is officially ONE YEAR OLD! I can't believe it. She is growing into such a sweetheart and I get so excited every time her mom contacts me for a session. Sarah, Bethany's mom, and I used to work together in Houston and have since moved away from each other. Sarah contacted me a while back to first capture Bethany's 6-month portraits and it was so wonderful to see her again!
And this time around, I got to capture Bethany enjoying her first birthday and first taste of delicious birthday cake. We had originally planned to shoot a large portion of Bethany's session outside in the bluebonnets. Well, Mother Nature had other plans. It turned out to be 42-freezing-degrees outside with 18 mph winds. Needless to say, we took pictures for about 3 minutes outside, then moved the party inside for Bethany's cake session. And she LOVED the cake! Me too, girl. Me too.
